Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LongevOS, the platform operated by LongevAI B.V. ("LongevAI", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including healthcare professionals ("Clinicians"), clinic administrators ("Admins"), and clients ("Clients").

Service Description

LongevOS is a software-as-a-service platform for longevity and preventive health clinics that provides:

Biomarker tracking and lab report extraction with AI-assisted analysis
Personalized health insights and domain summaries generated by AI with clinician oversight
Action plan creation and management for preventive health programs
Client portal for clients to view health data, complete questionnaires, and book appointments
Wearable device integration (Apple Health, Garmin, Oura Ring) for viewing wearable data your client chooses to sync
Secure messaging between clinicians and their clients

Intended Use

LongevOS is a clinical documentation, data organisation and workflow platform for clinics. It helps a clinic record, organise and present wellness information. AI-generated clinical content (domain summaries, findings, action plans and supplement plans) is a draft that a licensed clinician reviews and approves before a client sees it. Health scores and biological age are calculated from the results a clinician approved and from the client's own device data. Estimates a client asks for on their own logs, such as a meal photo, are labelled as AI estimates and are not reviewed by a clinician, and data from the client's own devices is shown as recorded. LongevOS does not diagnose conditions, predict disease outcomes, prescribe treatments or monitor clients in real time.

LongevOS is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a clinical decision support system. Clinical decisions remain with the clinic's licensed professionals.

Eligibility

LongevOS is available to licensed healthcare professionals and their authorized staff. Client accounts are created by or on behalf of a healthcare provider. You must be at least 18 years of age to create a clinician or admin account. Client accounts for minors must be managed by a parent or legal guardian in coordination with the healthcare provider.

Account Registration

Clinician and admin accounts are created through an invitation from an organization administrator or via an organization join link
Client accounts are created through the client portal using an invitation link provided by the healthcare provider
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your profile information up to date
You must notify your organization administrator or LongevAI immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

LongevOS operates as a multi-tenant platform. Each organization has its own isolated data environment. Organization administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization, including inviting and removing clinicians, configuring AI settings, and ensuring compliance with their local regulations.
